Zoë's most recent work is a feature documentary about the infamous UFC middle-weight champion, Israel Adesanya. Stylebender had its global premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival in June 2023, where it was nominated for Best Documentary and Zoë was nominated for Best New Director.
Zoë’s dramatic short film The world in your window was an Oscar, Academy Award contender. It won multiple awards internationally including; Best International short film, at seven major A list international film festivals.
As a commercials director she has shot campaigns for a host of major brands in New Zealand and overseas. Her commercial she did for YWCA, on equal pay, won her the Cannes Lions Young Director of the Year. She has also made long form documentaries for major international brands including Netflix, BBC, SBS and Masterclass.
In addition to her current nomination for Best New Documentary Director, she has also secured the title of Best Director at multiple international film festivals. She was the winner of SPADA Best director and was a finalist at the NZ WIFT awards for- The most achievement in film.
